The Forge Network

The Forge exists as part of this enterprise-level culture work, supporting senior People and Organisation Development leaders to carry culture change deliberately, consistently, and with sound judgement beneath the executive layer.

WHAT IT IS

The Forge is an international peer network for Chief People Officers and executive level Organisation Development leaders working at the intersection of leadership practice, culture, and organisational performance. 

The Forge exists to support executive practitioners working at the root of complex organisational challenges — where the answers are rarely obvious, leadership behaviour matters, and the consequences of getting it wrong are real. 

WHO IT IS FOR

The Forge is for CPOs and senior OD leaders who:

Are operating in environments where something new is required, but the path forward is not yet clear.
Carry responsibility for shaping leadership behaviour, culture, and organisational capacity at scale.
Are navigating competing demands, legacy systems, and increasing organisational complexity.
Want a thoughtful, experienced peer group to think with, not perform for. Members are typically working under pressure, with high visibility and limited margin for error.

How The Work Is Done

The Forge convenes quarterly working sessions designed to support real-time thinking and practice. 
 


The focus is not solutions for their own sake, but sharpening judgement, strengthening leadership practice, and enabling more intentional action back in the organisation.
